In 2004, Luvuyo embarked on his entrepreneurial venture from the modest starting point of his car boot. Initially targeting teachers as his primary customers, he sold computers, providing them with the tools they needed to enhance their professional capabilities. This small-scale endeavor marked the humble beginnings of Silulo Ulutho Technologies, a company that would soon become a driving force in bridging the digital divide in South Africa.

Over the years, the company expanded its reach, establishing 42 branches across South Africa by 2019.
